I just went through a similar problem however it was on a Raq550 and was the
ever present and unsolved problems with PHP 4.2 and i18n.so and cce.so
I'm assuming your other sites are working properly (Mine all worked great
with PHP 4.2.2) The recommendation from Sun is to restore. I ended up
downgrading PHP to 4.0.6 and adding the extensions to the PHP.ini file.
Another thing is before you go fuddling with everthing do a simple restart
of the httpd server. login as root and do a /etc/init.d/httpd restart this
will restart your web services and then you may get a better error.
Check the error log /etc/httpd/logs/error to see what the server says is
failing this may also give some clues..
