[cobalt-users] RAQ 3I MOD_PERL?

I've spent the last 2 hrs looking for help!

I need to know how to make sure my RAQ 3I has the latest mod_perl.
I've read some posts that says it comes with it etc...
So can someone be so kind enough and tell me the following:

#1) How do I verify it's on?
#2) How do I upgrade it?
#3) Can you please walk me through the steps for installing it?

I'm surprised no FAQ exists on details on the above.
