IIRC, there are only two packaged versions of SSL for Raq2s. One is the
Brosoft .pkg and the other is the one that Cobalt use to sell. If you've got
the one that Cobalt use to sell, I would think the recent Apache updates
would/should not affect the old Cobalt SSL. It was it's own separate Apache
binary compiled with mod_ssl. Perhaps the SSL daemon didn't get started when
you had to do the reboot that the latest patches require. SSH into your box
and check.

ps axu | grep httpsd

You should see something like this below.
nobody    3176  0.0  2.0 13384  2608  ?  S  Jul 31   0:07 httpsd -DSSL
nobody    3178  0.0  2.0 13384  2624  ?  S  Jul 31   0:08 httpsd -DSSL

If not, try starting it up.

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpsd start
