I don't think you can. I think part of cgiwrap's security is that there
has to be an extension so cgiwrap "knows" about the file.
Theres a complete copy of the cgiwrap documentation on your RaQ4 (at
least there is on mine); it can be found at "/home/doc/cgiwrap-3.6.4".
