[cobalt-users] Permission Rights

Group,

	I have a RAQ 3i and I think that after loading Security Bundle 4.0.1
RaQ3-All-Security-4.0.1-13323.pkg the admin permission right  have changed!
I could create a site logged in as admin and then log in using an FTP client
as admin, once logged in I would put a site under construction for every new
web account created until the client put up their site.  After the security
update the admin does NOT have permission to post anything, change anything
outside of their own directory.  I would like to know if I can modify a file
on the RAQ to allow the admin to have full permissions to make changes
outside of the admin directory?  Please advise.
