Hello All,
I'm pretty sure I've got something royally messed up here.
When I query with a <dig @nshost.domain.com some_host.domain.com> it won't
answer. I get:
; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> @nshost.domain.com some_host.domain.com
; Bad server: nshost.domain.com -- using default server and timer opts
; (2 servers found)
Does anyone know what this log error might indicate?
Aug 1 16:56:10 nshost named[286]: sysquery: findns error (NXDOMAIN) on
nshost.domain.com?
If I had to guess, I screwed up primary/secondary settings on the
secondary. Any good docs on how to PROPERLY do secondary on a Cobalt?
The names have been changed to protect the innocent.
Thanks,
Glenn
