[cobalt-users] POP Before Relay Error on auto-forwarding emails

Hi there

I've been trying to sort out a problem for the last couple of days regarding 
several clients who prefer to have their email auto-forwarded from an account 
on our server to their ISP's mail account.

I've entered their ISP account's email address in their 'Email Settings > 
Forward Email To' field via the GUI, but whenever we attempt to send a test 
email to them, it always returns a 'Relaying Denied' error.

We have a couple of accounts on the server that forward to other accounts 
residing on the server, and we have no problem with those.

I've done some trawling on the web (mostly the Rackshack.net forums and UK2RaQ 
FAQ), and while I've come across some people having a similar problem, I 
haven't found any solutions yet.

Does anyone have any ideas about resolving this issue?
