RE: [cobalt-users] Upgrading php on raq 4 - source code for i18n and cce

The phrase that comes to mind is "Outrageous". I'm can do without it as I can configure everything by hand but it makes life a lot harder.

If anyone else tries this then my advice is to split the modules directory off for the admin config, so you can keep the old php for the admin server in the admin config and the new .so file within the local site config. Which I'll probably do at some point when I have a day to waste.

Thanks anyway Andy.

Unfortunately not, we're still waiting if Cobalt will release at least a library or module that can be used when recompiling php.
(This is also the case on the Qube3's and I'd guess the RaQ550)
