Yes you can..  I would do this as root as follows:

ln -s FROM TO

for example

ln -s www.mysite.com site22

This page shows site number for domains
View html source
Removed all the html except the sitexx and domain names
Created a list for about 80 sites
Paste it to a root ssh session
