i don't know what you really need ?
ldap can be used as a global adress book; outlook, netscape messenger can
access a ldap directory...
i don't know about open webmail...
but if you need a groupware utility that can be used with a navigator, you
could have a look at phpGroupware (http://www.phpgroupware.org/)
but as i never used an Exchange server, i don't know about all its
functionnality...
you should have a look at the documentation and see what's the best to your
needs...
