If memory serves me correctly (I have a qube2, but am too lazy to walk over the room to try it) power the unit down, get a pin and hold it in the password-reset hole (little hole below the power button) and then turn the unit on, wait a second or so, and it should say console on on the screen.
Then watch your serial and you'll see the boot process, although i've never *EVER* had any success to login via serial on Qubes/RaQ's or anything!!
