[cobalt-users] gmon.out generated by cmuExport 2.27 on RaQ4

In the past there have been several threads concerning the gmon.out files
mysteriously appearing on people's servers.  The consensus was that it's the
result of a program running which had GNU profiling compiled in.  I just
noticed the file was created while doing some work on a RaQ4.  I tracked it
down to cmuExport version 2.27 which I had just run.  I reran it and
confirmed that it created the file /gmon.out.  I don't have the time to
track it further and it's frankly not a high priority for me, but I thought
I'd pass that info. on.  Obviously, this is not the only program that may
create a gmon.out file and I haven't verified whether the cmuExport utility
for other Cobalt platforms or other versions of CMU are affected.
