That looks about right from comparing to our RaQ's here, we have them in a cabinet in our air-conditioned server room, and they tend to sit at around the same temperatures that you've shown over-night, although typically we have more servers just under the 40 mark than over it, but then we are in the UK, so we don't exactly have the same outside temperatures too ;-)
In case your interested i wrote a little shell script that monitors temperature, and emails you if it hits a certain limit so you can get it checked out. Follow the url on my sig and its in downloads if you're interested.
