I agree with you. I used to disable webalizer and analog on RAQ3 too.
But keep it split the log file to every v site.
I could not remember, maybe edit in the file
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/webUsage/parseReport.pl
but require some perl knowledge.

This runs form cron.daily and is used to run analog against the logs to
make the web stats in the gui
and runs once for each site . I was having problems with this and now let
it run but I
disabled analog so it now still splits the logs but does not generate the
reports but this is fine as we use
wusage for that
