I am using the DupliDisk2 FlexMount in a RaQ3.  I am using it with two IBM 
Deskstar 40Gb hard drives.  The RaQ has been operational now for about three 
weeks with no issues and there has been only minor detectable tempature 
increase within the case.

If you order the flexmount product from Arco make SURE you tell them it is 
for a Cobalt RaQ.  They will send you shortened IDE cables made specifically 
for a 1U enclosure.
