[cobalt-users] Error in patching admin webserver initscript: update failed

Hi list,

I just realised that our customer service server which handles email tickets
and billing has had no updates for quite some time. The uptime on the box is
over half a year by itself.

I need to get the latest updates of PHP installed for one of our
applications but I cant do that until the server has Update 2.0 installed.

We have a number of Raqs here, I keep them up to date but I have never seen
a problem like this before.

When I attempt to install the patch RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-10602.pkg I get
a nasty error "Error in patching admin webserver initscript: update failed"
