It's a manual page, it's not corrupted, they have embedded backspaces and
odd things (That's how it does bold type).
It's probably saved as 'q' because someone hit the wrong key while viewing
it in less, and told it to save it to disk, the 'q' was intended to 'quit'
but got taken as the filename, so it stuck it in a file named 'q'.
I seem to aquire lots of files named 'q' and 'x', i go around and erase
them from time to time ;P
Not a clue what the other file is.
