[cobalt-users] how do you get a new member to upload without dns resolved?

 seen it afore and tried to suss out archives ( ever tried ... bout cobalt
archive? nothing short of shocking! I would like to know the formuli for
allowing ones own server whos dns has not resolved the last one i saw was
http://ipnumberwww.site that proved to eb a crock of shit unless i need to
run local dns?
