I've seen this a couple of times. I haven't investigated enough to know why
it happens, but it's an update related to Veritas NetBackup so if you're not
using NetBackup it's probably not too important on your system. You can
untar the PKG and manually install the rest of the RPMs or remove it from
the package_list and rebuild the PKG and install it and you shouldn't run
into any other problems. That worked for me when I ran into this a few
months ago.
