Search the archives for the phrase "mailscanner" and "bassi". Steve Bassi
created a pkg for the RaQ3 and posted the URL 2-3 weeks ago. mailscanner
is
free, but virus definitions you use with it have licensing restrictions and
may cost money depending on how you use them.
