OK, I added the info about searching the archives to the footer, as well as
a message header, which appear on each "immediate" message to the list. I
don't know if the header is a bit much or not...
I also revamped the "control" page for the list at that URL, and
(hopefully) made it a lot more obvious how to search the archives (as well
as tying in the new "official" Sun color scheme...)
Pls send all comments, etc, directly to me and not the list.
