I installed Webalizer 2 from the PKG file and this was absolutely flawless
on my RAQ4r.
As for how to avoid pitfalls ... get another job ;-)
Paul.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Webalizer - the saga continues
Before anyone goes off on me, I DID look in the archives.
I have a couple of questions.
1 Which is the best way to install webalizer and why?
A. packagmaster package through GUI
B. su -
wget
http://www.uk2raq.com/updates/php/Webalizer2.pkg --directory-prefix=/tmp
/usr/local/sbin/cobalt_upgrade /tmp/Webalizer2.pkg
rm /tmp/Webalizer2.pkg # Removes package source afterwards!
2. Is there any danger to either of these methods? How do I avoid pitfalls.
