Lots of things can use up your memory on /dev/hda1. You can either
create some symlinked directories in home (and restart the services that
write to them) or have someone do it for you.

Calling the content of /dev/hda1 "memory" can only lead to confusion.
The content of /dev/hda1 is "disk storage" or "disk space". Do you
know for sure what the OP meant when he said that he the web admin
had warned him that he had "low memory"?
