Are you with Interland for your colo?
We had the same problems with customers placed with Interland. After about a
month and a half, the once a week escalated to once every other day. It was
taking them 2 to 3 hours to get the boxes back online. Customers left,
problem went away.
Also, you may have a runaway webalizer, causing you to run out of resources.
If so, you will need to uninstall it.
