[cobalt-users] FTP/ADMIN Permissions

Recently I was asked to change something for a client and FTP'ed into my
RAQ3i using ADMIN and Password.  Once in the directory I tried to rename the
file, Permission denied, I tried deleting file, permission denied.  I then
went into other web directories as the admin and still permission denied for
renames, deletions, or even to create a new folder.  I use to be able to do
it, any ideas.
