The only time I have seen this message was when I installed squirrelmail. I
got rid of squirrelmail and installed openwebmail from
http://pkgmaster.com/, that got rid of the message.
Also check the archives at http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/
and do a search, there is a lot of info on it there.
