I think you have some strange DNS problem.

--- looking up mailexchange for huntingleasesonline.com

--- found mailexchange "mx2.realtime.net"
--- contacting host mx2.realtime.net [205.238.128.216] on port 25

I then get a response that doesn't appear to be coming from a RaQ
running Sendmail:
220 mail2.realtime.net ESMTP

Trying info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx gives another response:

--- verify e-mail "info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
--- looking up mailexchange for www.huntingleasesonline.com
--- unable to find mailexchange, contacting www.huntingleasesonline.com
--- contacting host www.huntingleasesonline.com [205.238.184.3] on port
25

220 raq3.realtime.net ESMTP Sendmail 8.9.3/8.9.3; Mon, 15 Jul 2002
18:00:23 -0500

Now that looks like a RaQ!

I don't think it's a DNS issue. mail2.realtime.net is the secondary MX. If my RAQ was down, mail2 would accept the mail and then attempt to deliver it to the primary. That's unrelated to the "Relaying Denied" problem. I've seen it discussed here and someone posted a link to the solution. I'm just having trouble finding the previous discussion.
