For the official announcement list, subscribe here:
http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-announce
and also keep an eye on this users list, the developers and security lists
and various forums for the related excitement.

For unofficial stuff, e.g., at http://www.pkgmaster.com (as well as a
backup for the official annoucements above), I use a free service to
monitor it for changes, this one:  http://www.changedetection.com

Alternatively, though I don't do it myself, using Microsoft IE you can set
up a subscription (under Favorites) to a webpage and monitor it for changes
like the above service does. Maybe other browsers also offer something like
this, don't know.
