[cobalt-users] OS restore question on a raq1/raq2

Hi All,

i've got an os restore question.

I have 2 unit here i don't know if they are RAQ1 or RAQ2 units (can one tell the differance?) but anyway, the problem is;

I downloaded both the RAQ1 and RAQ2 os restore CD. (strange thing is, the RAQ2 cd was a lot smaller size). 


OS Restore results where:
With the RAQ2 os restore cd: OS got restored, unit keeps blurring Starting up and nothing happens
With the RAQ1 os restore cd: OS restore does not work.

All with the same hardware configuration. 

Does anyone have a clue on what i'm doing wrong here?

Also question 2: ive seen something while searching the list called a raq1->raq2 destructive upgrade patch.  Can't find it though. Any tips?
