1) I must have missed a file because after I made a backup copy of the files that you listed below
and removed the references to that invalid USer... I then ran the meta-verify file with the -v and
-f options, it said that it removed that user name after if found the error. It was listed as a "db
user". Where would the "db user" be listed?
2) Though I do not have a problem that I know of, the meta-verify program also listed 2 other users
(stew & mysql) as invalid but did not say it fixed them.
For the invalid users, it listed
| ERROR (entry does not exist in database)
| retrieving information from system...
| ERROR (invalid home directory)
| ERROR (does not exist in system)
| ERROR (entry not in database OR system)
The stew and mysql are listed as directories under /home/ . . . Since I got this server 'used',
what is important in stew?
