I sincerely doubt that this is the problem. The "DirectoryIndex"
directive lists only the file names to be used when an open-ended
request is made, such as http://www.charitybenefit.com/calendar/.
The problem has already been established. It has nothing to do with
the DirectoryIndex directive.
