Note, the destination e-mail address is not on the local box. This
has nothing particularily do do with the admin account, it's just a
way to provide an e-mail alias for an arbibrary account on the box.
This will mean that instead of logging in to the raq to retrieve their
e-mail it will all be forwarded to an external e-mail account elsewhere.
It DOES work but all it ends up doing is the same steps the Gerald showed.
