[cobalt-users] User email account can not recieve mail from outside

I've looked through the achieves and tried removing the uses spool file and 
let the system create a new one and it did but the users still doesn't seem 
to be able to receive mail from outside users.

The problem is on a Raq 4r with only a few email account (7) and one 
primary site. One of the email account seems to have stopped receiving mail 
from outside sources. The account will receive mail from other account on 
the same server but it is not getting mail from users on other systems and 
is not receiving any spam, What is the chance of that :-)

Background: This started with a Macintosh user getting a TCP/IP error when 
they tried to check there mail. I logged in with telnet and opened the 
account with pine and deleted all the mail and the client started talking 
to the server but there was no new mail which at the time wasn't a problem 
since I had deleted it all. Then nothing else came in and it has been a day 
and a half and still no outside mail.

If anyone can point me in a direction to fix this users account it would be 
great.
