No. It is completely impossible to have two unix accounts with the same
name. Period.
Workaround is simple, though, and the same one used by _every_ other
hosting service I've ever run into. Create a username for the site (say, for
widgets.com, maybe "widgets" or something equally original) and set the Email
Alias (in the GUI) to webmaster, etc. You should NEVER give a regular user a
system box name....it's one of the reason I hate having my clients have
access to creating their own usernames because they inevitably try this
stupid stunt. (The other is having one guy set up "sam" as an account, and
having the next Sam start squealing.)
