[cobalt-users] Number of users in QUBE3

  Hello all, 
I am new to Cobalt products but I have been reading docs about them for some while. In those documents, I have seen that QUBE 3
allows 10-30 users and upto 150 accounts.
  I couldn't get what this means. Would it be OKAY if I had 50 terminals and 100 users with mail requirements?
  Does QUBE handle it, or do I need a RaQ?
 If so, which one would you recommend?

  Is this the right place to ask this question? If not, is there a more suitable one?
