To get a more recent version of Perl, you are supposed to buY a more recent
Sun/Cobalt product, it's the marketing plan... ;-)
Seriously if you search the archives you will find more info on the
subject, IIRC the plain vanilla install of 5.6.1 is in a diff directory
than the cobalt obsolete version,
You just have to change the PoundBang line
