Does anyone know what file controls the message that contains this :

* your warranty. Please consult your warranty card for details. *
*                                                               *
* http://www.cobaltnet.com                                      *
                   

I want to change it to something more realistic, like:


* NOTICE TO ROOT USER: <warranty>Dead</warranty>                *
* <support> List </support>                                     *
*              Thank you, drive thru                            *
*                                                               *
*                  

Or something more realistic
