I just confirmed it was the GUI that reset the perms when I added vsite to
the RaQ. Did it on my second one and it changed there too... So I know how
it happened, just not why, although the perms of everything else in the
/usr/sbin is pretty much the same as the new perms.

Still have to wonder if Cobalt meant for it to be changed for some reason in
the upgrade but forgot to tell the GUI not to reset it....
Anyone know?
