When, you are only a "customer" you don't have to know all 
the bolt and nut. It's the root job.

My site is host with then from last december, and I already
move my site another server, cause, the same reason.

Now, he is ready to move my site, but on a "Plesk" server.

For me, it,s the same problem of secuity.
