I think the only ones that are still questionable are the Glibc update which
seems to inconsistently wreak havoc and has no defined cause and
RaQ2-All-Security-4.0.1-13323.pkg which needs a fix to the /etc/proftpd.conf
file. Hash this out:

 #AllowChmod                    on

This is all based on my limited knowledge using only the Raq2. I'm not sure
the above affects the Raq3's.
