[cobalt-users] HELP - DBI.pm missing from system

Hello everyone,

I tryied to install PHPmyAdmin and MySQL and it didn't take as I
already as MySQL installed, so I went ahead and uninstalled mySQL by
telnet.  Now all my programs that relied on mysql that use DBI.pm are
coming up with an error message that DBI-pm cannot be found.

I downloaded DBI-1.18.tar.gz and don't know what to do next on how to
unpack and install it - if that is infact what I should be doing.

Can anyone help here, I am totally our of my league.
