Yea, read the second sentence you posted. "This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish 
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."
NOT ftp to it, Publish to it.


FYI - This is a freshly built/installed Raq4R with all the latest patches.

Can you be a bit more specific on what's not working.  Are you not able to
even attach FP to the site or is it something else??
