Since you are using Win2000 in your network, you
should run the Qube as domain controller. Otherwise
the Win2000 Workstations are trying to become the 
domain controller. In your network is a little war 
going on between the Qube and the Win 2000 Workstation 
about this. Sometimes the Qube wins, sometimes the 
Workstation.
If you setup the Qube as domain controller, you still
will be able to use the workgroup in your network.
