You don't need to remove the sites. Run CMU on your new server using the
export utility, go through the process I described, then import them with
the import utility. You don't actually need 2 servers to run CMU. <g>

It's possible that the machine you're trying to access from or your ISP has
cached pages and DNS. If you didn't reduce your TTL in anticipation of the
IP switch, your nameservers are pointing to the wrong IPs and/or your DNS is
still not setup properly I'd expect difficulty.

It could be any number of things. Have someone who's never accessed one of
your sites before check it. And try the steps I suggested. If you want
assistance with diagnostics or input you might consider posting the new
*real* IPs and the old *real* IPs on list.
