I have a question for anyone from Sun.Com. If an update from Cobalt is
released and creates the problems some seem to be having, what is the
"Official" remedy. I refuse to give Cobalt support $$ and leave the decision
to refund up to them. If they create a patch that is a problem, then either
release a fix as a package, post a message on Cobalt site, send an
announcement message out the same way they do a pkg announce, or get someone
in on the mailing list to take ownership to help use resolve it ourselves.
(I realize that this is an unofficial list, but Sun techs do post here)

I am not trying to be like some that want to bash Sun, but when I see
someone slam them or we get semi-abusive about Sun-ism someone from Sun
steps up. When we have things like this or the Apache Exploit, all I hear is
wind. Come on Sun. Some of us are trying to make money with these boxes. Not
like I am a hobbyist wanting to learn more. We bought a Raq server because
we felt it was a good product. Help us keep feeling that way.

Slightly upset...Dave
