Include /etc/httpd/conf/include.conf
NameVirtualHost qmailadmin.vpopmail.org
<VirtualHost 202.172.230.232>

contents of include.conf

<VirtualHost 202.172.230.232>
ServerName qmailadmin.vpopmail.org
ServerAdmin admin
DocumentRoot /home/sites/home/web/cgi-bin/qmailadmin
ServerAlias cobalt.vpopmail.org
AddHandler cgi-wrapper .cgi
AddHandler cgi-wrapper .pl
# Uncomment next 2 lines if you want to use SSI
#AddHandler server-parsed .shtml
#AddType    text/html     .shtml
</VirtualHost>

looks ok to me

kindly advise,

I would say that cobalt.vpopmail.org is an alias for something else to start with. Thus an alias to an alias. I would also say that your alias of cobalt.vpopmail.org is not the same as /home/sites/home/web/cgi-bin/qmailadmin.
cobalt.vpopmail.org will resolve and resolves as your nameserver.
You are now making the nameserver an alias for another site???????????
qmailadmin.vpopmail.org is now resolving where it was not when you originally posted. Since I started posting this, I could see a directory listing when I went to cobalt.vpopmail.org and now I get it wanting to download a txt file instead. You are making changes to things faster than you are giving the internet time to accept and propagate the changes. Slow down! As I stated in the first reply to you . Your DNS was the problem. Next time, try adding the url to you hosts file on your windows workstation, that is if you are using a pc for access.
