Just how did you set up these virtual sites?
host:           webmail
domain: vpopmail.org
alias:
email alias

and

host:           qmailadmin
domain: vpopmail.org
alias:
email alias:

Or did you do it some other way?
What did you set up at the A records?
When did you create these records?  It does take time to propagate.
From doing a little looking, I would say you have a dns problem, and not 
just with these two urls.
