I believe that they are spamming through. Below I have pasted a header
from a spam complaint that I have received. The CacheRaq IP is
204.71.65.253. Thanks for your help with this matter.

Are they spamming through or attempting to spam through you server?
The Klez virus will try and since it has become prominent you see a lot
trying or at least using your return address.
