BTW, be careful using Procmail to reply to any of your listed "spam"
domains you don't want to get mail from, as the reply address is
probably fake. e.g., if you're trying to block hotmail.com for a user
and mail like this comes in:

Jun 23 16:34:56 admin sendmail[31248]: g5NLYuV31248:
from=<ki6texw1i521@xxxxxxxxxxx>, size=1278, class=0, nrcpts=1,
msgid=<000052a460a1$00006fa5$00004af3@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, proto=ESMTP,
daemon=MTA, relay=mail.abesofmaine.net [151.202.154.37]

Replying to ki6texw1i521@xxxxxxxxxxx would be useless.

That's Hotmail's way of saying no such user.
