[cobalt-users] Raq 3 undeletable domain

I've checked in the archives to no avail.
My problem developed like this:
I changed the root domain of a raq 3 via the gui but the new domain did
not appear in the the virtual site list, the old one was still listed
there with the "bin" (delete domain) icon still greyed out.
The server responds to www.new-domain.com/admin fine but I can't add any
mail aliases to it cos it can't be admin'd via the gui. (though
http://www.newdomain.com:81/.cobalt/siteManage/www.newdomain.com/index.h
tml works and appears to have brought over the old users from the
old-domain) Nor can I admin the old domain as the server has no virtual
site for www.old-domain.com even though it is listed in the gui virtual
site list (clicking on the admin site icon simple returns an URL not
found error) so I can't relegate it to a normal domain.
Is my postgres db out of step with the box now? If so whats the best way
to sort this problem out (read: easiest and quickest way)
Regards
john
